Well I finally made it to the pool tonight...so nice and all had fun. When I was putting Maeve to bed I told her I had something I wanted to tell her. I told her I found out that she and Ally (her very good friend) are not going to be in the same class next year. Personally - I wanted to just burst out crying. But I hugged her and she said "well, I will make new friends". Hmmmm - clearly she is far more stable than I. And more mature. Wiser. Sweeter. So, i was SO proud of her.
Lily has her birthday planned out - even though it's not until September.
And, Maeve also asked tonight if she has to go to college in Indiana or Kansas or can she choose Illinois. I had to laugh...we really have them brainwashed.
I spent the day trying to keep Real Estate deals alive. A bank owned property that a client lost out on but now has a 2nd chance....we are alive!! A deal that was pretty much wrapped up - unraveling at the seams...we are loosing the heart beat on this one. So, tomorrow shall be telling...I have said it before, I always believe - what's meant to be will be..
